Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

Join our team at  Shine App as a Front Desk Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our organization! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly

  • Schedule and manage appointments

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and billing support

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
